<< Psalm 51 >>
American King James Version
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 Have mercy on me, O God, according to your loving kindness: according to the multitude of your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.
4 Against you, you only, have I sinned, and done this evil in your sight: that you might be justified when you speak, and be clear when you judge.
5 Behold, I was shaped in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
6 Behold, you desire truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part you shall make me to know wisdom.
7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which you have broken may rejoice.
9 Hide your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from your presence; and take not your holy spirit from me.
12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation; and uphold me with your free spirit.
13 Then will I teach transgressors your ways; and sinners shall be converted to you.
14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, you God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of your righteousness.
15 O Lord, open you my lips; and my mouth shall show forth your praise.
16 For you desire not sacrifice; else would I give it: you delight not in burnt offering.
17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
18 Do good in your good pleasure to Zion: build you the walls of Jerusalem.
19 Then shall you be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks on your altar.
A christian view point in a secular world. Romans 1:16 I am not ashamed of the gospel , because it is the power of God for salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

How to jumpstart an awesome prayer life
Effectual prayer accomplishes much. It is the key to developing an intimate relationship between you and God. How do you get an effective prayer life going?
Set aside a time and place for daily prayer. This is the single most important thing you can do. This will become your daily appointment with God.
Begin your prayer times by slowing down and quieting down. When we come to pray agitated and stressed, it is Difficult to keep our thoughts straight. Spend a few minutes just relaxing and praising God before starting prayer.
Take a few moments to read from the Bible and direct attention toward God. Use a Bible passage you are already familiar and that builds your faith to help you get started praying.
Recall how God has helped you in the past. Remembering answered prayers will bring you into his gates with an attitude of gratitude.
Remember, Prayer is not a mysterious practice reserved only for clergy and the religiously devout. Prayer is simply communicating with God—listening and talking to him. You can pray from the heart, freely, spontaneously, and in your own words. There is no magic formula. God just wants you to come to him.
Now just do it. It is easy and it will bring amazing change into your heart and your life. It is the single most important way to access the great benefits and blessings God has for us all.

All things work to the good.
Did you know that whatever hardships and obstacle's come our way, God can work them all to our benefit?
All things, of every kind, that happen to us, are overruled by God for his good! That is of course as qualified by our loving God and being called according to his purpose.
Romans 8;28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
This process requires That we make a solid decision to love God and sacrifice our sinful desires and behaviors in submission to the details of God's purpose for us.
Well, Now you may be asking how will I know what Gods purpose for me is?
There is no unusual special technique or spiritual practice needed in order to discover what God's purpose is for our lives. Just Pray asking to know God's purpose for your life. Search the scriptures “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path” (Psalm 119:105). Seek the guidence of the Holy Spirit. John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (to be led by the Spirit is to choose voluntarily and consciously to submit to the Word of God.)
Come into an understanding of Gods great purpose for ones self, and whatever we are dealing with comes under the jurisdiction of the Almighty who will work all things together for our benefit.
