As The Deer

open the eyes of my heart lord

All things work to the good.

Did you know that whatever hardships and obstacle's come our way, God can work them all to our benefit?

All things, of every kind, that happen to us, are overruled by God for his good! That is of course as qualified by our loving God and being called according to his purpose.

Romans 8;28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

This process requires That we make a solid decision to love God and sacrifice our sinful desires and behaviors in submission to the details of God's purpose for us.
Well, Now you may be asking how will I know what Gods purpose for me is?
There is no unusual special technique or spiritual practice needed in order to discover what God's purpose is for our lives. Just Pray asking to know God's purpose for your life. Search the scriptures “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path” (Psalm 119:105). Seek the guidence of the Holy Spirit. John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. (to be led by the Spirit is to choose voluntarily and consciously to submit to the Word of God.)
Come into an understanding of Gods great purpose for ones self, and whatever we are dealing with comes under the jurisdiction of the Almighty who will work all things together for our benefit.

True Witness Of Our Faith

Be very careful, then how you live not as unwise, but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. (Ephesians 5:15-16)
To bring people to the Lord that they might come into the saving knowledge of Jesus The Christ, we must be able to demonstrate our faith and relationship with Christ in our lives. We can not appear as hypocrites saying one thing but living contrary to what we say.

You're Beautiful by Phil Wickham

I Had A Talk With God Today

Well, I had a talk with God today and told him all about my troubles and cares. He listened intently as I cried and moaned about all the problems I have. Then He gently reminded me that Nothing is to hard for him to fix and that He is concerned with everything that concerns me. I'm so glad we had the chance to talk. You see God is my source of hope and strength. and without Him in my life I would be a mess! Why do I say that? Because I remember How I was before I knew My lord and Savior and It wasn't pretty!

God is so awesome. He took a broken person and made her whole. He took a wasted life and made it into a life worth living. Yes, God Is my hope and my redemption. He is my provider and my healer. He is everthing to me.

What does God want from you?

I have see many folks struggle trying to figure out why they feel less then satisfied in their relationship with God. They go to church, never miss Tuesday night bible study. They are quick to volunteer for commitees at the church. These folks give to charity and watch what they say so not to offend people. It seems as if they're doing all the right things, doesn't it? Yet they are not satisfied, something is missing.

What is missing is understanding what God really wants. What God desires from us is for us to put our relationship with him first. He wants to be the center of our life. Going through the motions and staying busy with commitee's and activities is fine. But that should not be the focus of our life. Building our relationship with the Almighty should be the most important thing in our lives.

How can we accomplish this relationship building? Well, pretty much the same way way you would do it with anyone else. Spent time together with God. Talk with Him. Learn as much as you can possibly learn about Him. After all He already knows everything about you. You acomplish these things by spending time with God, In prayer and in studying His word. The more time you spend With our Creator the stronger your relationship will become and the closer you will be with Him. This closeness will bring not only satisfaction but great joy and faith into your being.

What does God want from you?
